You may browse public pages and use the available creation tools for lawful, responsible purposes. Some features may be experimental, limited, unavailable in a region, or changed without notice. Creating an account is not required to browse templates or use the basic browser editor. AI meme generation requires Google, Apple, or email sign-in and is limited per account.

You are responsible for the images, videos, captions, likenesses, logos, and third-party material you upload or create with Rotware. Check the rules of the destination where you share a finished result, especially when it includes a real person, a brand, a public figure, or a third-party work.

Rotware is a browser-based creation and export tool. It is not a public social-media feed, user marketplace, or unrestricted community gallery. A result you export or share remains your responsibility after it leaves the editor.

You keep responsibility for the content you create or upload. Before submitting material, make sure you have the necessary permission, licence, authorization, or other lawful basis for your intended use. Do not upload confidential documents, private conversations, personal data, or material you are not allowed to process.

Rotware does not claim ownership of your original content. Rotware does not grant you rights to third-party assets, and using the editor does not transfer ownership or permission in material supplied by someone else. The basic editor may process files in your browser, while animated, video, discovery, translation, or other advanced features may send material to the provider required for that feature. See the Privacy page for the current provider and data-practice disclosures.

Rotware uses public API sources such as JustMeme and Imgflip for template discovery and creation workflows. Public API availability does not mean that every underlying image is copyright-free or commercially licensed. Rotware does not claim ownership of those third-party assets.

Where Rotware displays source or provider information, treat it as a starting point rather than permission. Review the original source, licence, attribution requirements, and downstream usage restrictions, along with publicity and privacy concerns and the rules of your destination, before publishing or commercially using a result. If you believe a public page contains material that should be removed, contact the project with the URL and the reason for the request.

Temporary files, generated outputs, processing jobs, and third-party media may not be stored permanently. Keep a local copy of anything important. Processing providers can have their own retention, security, and usage terms, so review the relevant provider disclosure before submitting sensitive material.

Do not use Rotware to test unauthorized access, distribute malware or other harmful content, evade rate limits, or create content that violates applicable law or the rules of the destination where it is shared. Do not use content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights; violates privacy; exposes sensitive personal information; or uses someone's likeness without the required basis.

Reports may be submitted to hi@fardeen.me. Include the relevant Rotware URL or asset, the material at issue, the reason for the report, and sufficient contact details to evaluate it and follow up.

Rotware may assess reported material and restrict or remove it where appropriate. A report is not a legal finding and is not guaranteed to result in removal. Rotware does not automatically scan every upload, and these terms do not promise that every report will receive the same outcome.

Rotware is provided as an evolving project. Features, templates, limits, integrations, and processing providers may change, be interrupted, or be removed. The site does not promise that a particular export, template, file, or workflow will always be available.

These terms may be updated when the product or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest published version. If you have a question, correction request, or removal concern, use the Rotware contact page or contact the project through @fardeentwt on X or the public GitHub repository.
